After graduating from Northwestern University with a bachelor's degree in journalism, she gravitated toward lifestyle reporting, focusing on fitness, mental health, and the Covid-19 pandemic.

She now enjoys testing and reviewing exercise equipment, fitness trackers, workout apparel, and more. In her free time you can probably still find her running, snowboarding, or practicing yoga.
